As Director of Clinical and Regulatory Operations, Kara Pigott is responsible for oversight of all ongoing and upcoming clinical trials supporting Imvax, Inc.’s research efforts. She has also been involved with ongoing CMC and regulatory support during product development. Ms. Pigott has 10 years of experience in clinical research in the fields of Neuroscience and Neurosurgery. Prior to joining Imvax Inc., she managed the oversight of Neurosurgery research at Thomas Jefferson University and worked closely with Dr. David Andrews on the ongoing clinical trials evaluating Imvax Inc.’s autologous cell vaccine to treat glioblastoma multiforme. Ms. Pigott holds a BA in Neuroscience from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and an MS in Biomedical Sciences from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.
